Settings - Patient Times

If you go to settings → Patient Times this is were you can create your patient time stamps.

The Name field is the configurable field to enter the time stamp name

Checkbox: Copy when patient is copied means when the patient is copied, those times stamps will come over with the patient

Checkbox: Is for ground transportation will show in the Ground Transportation field on the request

Checkbox: Available in crew application will show in the Crew App for FlightVector

System Name Dropdowns	Definitions
Rec Ground Trans Contacted	When this is set, the value will show on the run report and on the ground transport button on the legs tab
Req Ground Trans Contacted	When this is set, the value will show on the run report and on the ground transport button on the legs tab
Accepted	A timestamp will be automatically be added to the patient when the dispatch accepts in the FV Transport Scheduler
Declined	A timestamp will be automatically be added to the patient when the dispatch declines in the FV Transport Scheduler
Requestor Accepted	A timestamp will be automatically be added to the patient when the requestor accepts in the FV Transport Scheduler
Requestor Declined	A timestamp will be automatically be added to the patient when the requestor declines in the FV Transport Scheduler
