FV Flight Operations Update - v2.1

• Reminders window - added "Recent flight experience" currency.  This represents 3 takeoff/landings in the previous 90-days.  Email Steve to activate this feature.
• Status bar - re-sync icon (FV CAD connected customers) has been enlarged on mobile to make it easier to tap
• Duty Hours - Check-in.  Check-in will now always show who checked in making it easier to remove someone later.
  • View Duty Hours now has a changelog
  • System will prevent users from adding a START duty time in the future.
• Check-in on iPad has been improved - adding a search box to find your medical crew easier
• Currency widget is now graphical instead of text only
• SuperAdmin users can now designate which sidebar icons are usable on mobile devices.  SA->Global->System Options
• SuperAdmin - Improved the layout of email triggers when configuring them
• SuperAdmin - Training - Module Templates.  Added Aircraft Model and Category of Training.
• SuperAdmin - Personnel - User Groups.  Refined the view for clarity.
• ALERTS - Weather turndowns now automatically appear as an ALERT *requires the FV CAD
• FVO now integrates with WinAir for maintenance tracking
• FVO now integrates with Traxxall for maintenance tracking
• Flights - Weather tool now shows nearest METARS when the route does not have an airport in it. (within 30 nm).
• Flights - W&B now uses the fuel loading table for the graph for better plotting/visibility to pilots
• Flights - Added a pilot briefing pop-up (FV CAD connected customers).  Must be enabled in SuperAdmin->Global

  • Password reset changes - now sends an email to your account if you/someone requested to change your password.
  • IP addresses are now logged as well as date/time for successful logins (FV staff viewable)
• Schedule - Improvements to shift exchange process.
• Reports - DFL report added
• Reports - Crew hoist report added
• Native Part 91 rules added for Part 91 customers
• iOS push notifications.  You must use Safari browser and add FVO icon to Home screen.  Once logged in you must opt in for notifications and allow push notifications to your iOS (iPad/iPhone) device.
• OCC - Requests timeline view gets more filter options
• OCC - Crew added a RISK value column
• OCC - Crew, added column sorting
• OCC - Crew, better visibility for status
• OCC - in SuperAdmin the Chat tab has been added as an option to User Groups->Permissions

• Documents - open in a new tab instead of being downloaded

• Personnel - Master Tracking, you can now delete an expiration date from Master Tracking

Bug Fixes

• OCC Crew was showing the wrong duty start time from what was entered by the pilot based on different time zones
• Flights - Hobbs wasn't resetting when a flight was deleted
• Flights - W&B wasn't loading properly when there was an SIC being used
• Reports - Selecting all pilots sometimes caused an error
• Reports - Custom reports wasn't showing flight time by aircraft type
• Reports - The upcoming training report was showing previously deleted training items
• Schedule - Deleting a daily status in SuperAdmin would cause those previous shifts to blank
• Schedule - The pop-up menu would be hidden if it was at the bottom of the screen
• Schedule - Instructors weren't seeing training they were assigned to conduct
• Schedule - Wasn't warning of conflicts between shifts - e.g. Night into Day
• SuperAdmin - External instructors configured were not showing in Personnel
• SuperAdmin - Flights - W&B system wasn't respecting the order of the layout options
