Below are step-by-step instructions on how to setup FV Crew. Before setting this up, make sure that you have purchased FV Crew and have the appropriate license to use this application.

Instructions

1. Setup your crew to be able access FV Crew
   1. Either designate a User Group to use or create a new one allowing FV Crew access
      1. Settings → User Groups make sure the Crew Application is checked
   2. Create your Users or add this User Group assignment to designated FV Crew Users
      1. Settings → Users make sure that the User Group assigned is the appropriate one created in the previous step
      2. The next step is to decide if you are going to require Users to register or not. Go to Settings → Mobile Devices Must Register
      3. Have the user login to FV Crew or on their mobile device. If you require them to register, then they will be provided a code on login that you will need to approve by going to Settings → Registered Devices.
      4. You will select the code they were given from the dropdown, Recent Non-Registered Devices.
      5. Give the Device an Alias so you know who it is
      6. Then select to approve or deny in the Action dropdown.
      7. Lastly, click on the green + button to save
