Crew Utilization Report

Starting in 6.9.0.0 you can now report on the utilization of your crew. This is an option that is available in simple reporting of the reporting module. The report is built on the following pieces of data:

1. Number of Calls
2. Hours of Calls
3. Hours on Duty

Below are instructions on how to build this report.

Instructions

1. To access this report go to Reports → Customize and using the options as shown below.

This report updates at the conclusion of a shift. The report does not display stats for employees working a current shift that falls within the search criteria

For example, you have two 12 hour shifts, 0700-1900 & 1900-0700. Run the Crew Utilization report at 13:00 on 12/12/21 for 12/12/21. The only results you will get back are for the crew member hours worked and request completed between 0000 & 0700.
