Timers

In 6.9.0.0 we have added timers for more modules inside of FVCAD. Below you will find information on all areas that now have the option to use a Timer.

*Note: some of these options are new in 6.9.0.0, if you don’t see the options you are looking for, check your version.

Instructions

1. Timers are available on the following items:
   1. Assets
   2. Escorts
   3. Non-Medical Persons
   4. Requests
   5. Patients
2. In order to use the timer, navigate to the appropriate location and right-click, then select ‘Timer’ from the list of options provided. The image below is shown for a patient.  

3. You can choose if you want a message to be displayed when your timer expires. You also get to decide if you want to do it based of off minutes or to set a specific time for the timer to expire, as well as if it should repeat or not. Below you will see the timer will show a countdown on the appropriate item.
