Starting in 6.9.0.0 you can now customize the way your asset appears in your asset list. Below are instructions and more information on setting this up.
Instructions
- Go to Settings → Customize Asset List. From here you can use the ‘Default’ list and modify it or create one or many more.
- In order to add columns, you will need to click on the green + that is highlighted in the image above. When you do this you will see the below screen.
- ‘Asset Icon’ will display the icon that is specific to the asset model type. This is the icon that is shown first typically
- ‘Asset Information’ will display the call sign on top of the Nnumber and the route, if the asset is assigned a request.
- ‘Asset Location’ will display the asset’s current location
- ‘Asset Utilization Graph’ is a new feature in 6.9.0.0 and will display the following information. NOTE: The % on the graph is representative of the gray bar (current shift) calculation.
- Current time on requests last 24 hours / time with crew assigned to asset last 24 hours (based on crew shift change times)
- The gray bar of the graph will represent the current utilization. This calculation includes all request types: scheduled, standby, and emergent as well as all request dispositions, completed, declined, aborted, or canceled. This time will only be the actual amount of time spent on task. (For example, a request that is aborted 1 hour into the request with a 1-hour RTB time = 2 hours on task should return 8% utilization.
- Predicted time scheduled to be on requests next 24 hours / time with crew assigned to asset next 24 hours (based on crew shift change times)
- The green bar of the graph will represent predicted shifts over the next 24 hours. If an asset is on a request, the system subtracts the calculated amount of time the asset is anticipated to complete the request. (For example, if the asset has 24 hours of scheduled requests and the green bar is all the way to the right and the asset starts the first request of the day which is estimated to be a 4 hr ETT, the 4 hours is subtracted from the 24 hours and their utilization will be 83%.)

- ‘Crew’ will show the crew that are on board the asset.
- ‘Custom’ allows you to use the ‘Condition Builder’ to customize what you would like to display on your asset list.
- When you are setting up a custom column, you will see the ability to define ‘Rows and Display Order’ and ‘Display Priority’.
- ‘Rows and Display Order’ allow you to set the order you would like the rows you add to display.
- ‘Display Priority’ allows you to set the priority of what should display. This comes into play when an asset list has been built out in a way that doesn’t allow all items to be shown. The CAD will display data using the ‘Display Priority’ when it runs out of room.

- ‘Custom’ allows you to use the ‘Condition Builder’ to customize what you would like to display on your asset list.
Users can then specify which asset list layout they would like displayed in the CAD using CTRL + right-click options on the asset view.
NOTE: This is controlled by modify display layout permission.
If you are seeing large spaces within your asset list. You can right click on the asset and uncheck Maximize Asset Rows
