Make Asset Response Zone Reportable

Starting in FVCAD version 6.9.0.0, you can report on response zones of assets. There are a few things required in order to do this. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to set this up.

Instructions

1. First you need to add a ‘Request Custom Tab’ that has a text box with the ‘System Name’ of ‘Asset Response Zone’. Follow these instructions to set that up
   1. Go to Settings → Request Custom Tabs. You can then either add a new tab or add this field to an existing tab, if that makes sense for your organization.  
   2. You can add a label if you want, or just have a text box. The image below shows with a label, just make sure that you have the correct system name as shown. When You are using ‘Asset Response Zones’, when you assign an asset the response zone will appear here in the request.  
   3. This field is now reportable, just like any other custom tab contents
   4. In order to populate in ad advanced report use
      1. data('request field','SAVE AS NAME HERE')
   5. In simple report you will want to choose the options as shown below
