Updates
Below you will find a brief overview of the Time View Layout:
- Unassigned area on the top for both requests and patients:
Requests that have not been assigned a call sign and/or asset will show up in the Unassigned area of the time view.
- Patients that have not been assigned to a request must have a scheduled pickup/dropoff time associated with them to show up in the Unassigned area. The Scheduled pickup/dropoff time is located in the Transport Plan of the Patient Ticket
- Call signs are located on the left vertical axis.
- Assigned request and OOS events in the lower right section
- Buttons located at the top of the time view have been added for easier grouping, filtering, and date navigation:
- Previous Day/Next Day jumps back to the previous or future 24 hours
- Go to Day shows a calendar to select a day
- Users can also filter by 'right clicking' on the time/date section:
- The Only show today option will only display the current day 00:00 to 23:59
Group by options:
6. When grouped, call signs will be grouped on the left hand side by the selected group by option (Group by None sorts by call sign):
7. NOTE: If a call sign in the list displays an * when a group by is selected, this indicates the call sign belongs to more than one group. Hovering over the call sign will display the other groups to which the call sign belongs:
8. The Filter menu can be displayed or hidden on the right side and allows for filtering. NOTE: Selecting/deselecting all/none button shall select/deselect the entire list.
9. List view will show a list of all requests with the details. NOTE: This view is sortable using the column headings
10. There is a search feature for current, future, and past requests. Search can be cleared by clicking the “x”.
7. The Time View will indicate if a request goes past the assigned asset’s shift change. The time view ticket will show hash lines for the portion that happens after the shift end.
8. Users are able to drag an unassigned request from the top to the call sign for assignment. NOTE: When dragging and dropping onto a call sign with multiple assets, user will be presented with a selection to determine which asset they want to assign.
9. Asset, Call Sign, and Base out of service reasons show on the time view as a red bar, with a hover over showing the reason and the expected duration. Repeating OOS events will display repeating arrows on the red bar. NOTE: An OOS event with no end date/time, extends as a 2 hour time block into the future.
10. Two rows will only appear on the time view ticket. To show more information, users can hover over a ticket to see more information.
11. Right clicking on patient/request in the 'Unassigned' area, users will have the option to sort assets by closest available
