Adding a Deleted/Missing Patient To Request

Double click on the request you wish to add a patient to.

In the Request Load Manifest, right click on the green plus.

Select "Add from Record Management Center"

Search for the patient in the bottom "Display" options

Click on the patient you wish to add to the request and select "OK"

If the patient was closed out, select "Yes" to reopen the patient ticket
