This function allows the administrator to edit the priorities that can be assigned to a request. It also allows them to set a default priority.
The following editing options are available:
Adding or editing a priority will bring up the window below:
A Behave as name will need to be selected from the list; Emergent, Non-Emergent, Scheduled and Standby. There can be multiple priorities with the same behave as type. The Scheduled priority allows users to create scheduled requests. When a Scheduled request is made the Scheduled tab will be displayed.
The Default for can be set or left to None.
Display Name will be how the priority is displayed in the top area of the request window, indicated by red arrow below.
