Users may select from multiple transport and assisting options for both the requesting facility and the receiving facility. Simply click Assist at Requesting OR Assist at Receiving to show the options available for each item.
Users may add more than one assisting asset from the dialog without having to exit out and re-enter.
The newly added requests will be linked. Users may set a sorting filter (Settings>View > Edit Display Sorting Keys) to view linked requests by using GroupID as part of their expression. Or, they may add the GroupID to the request ticket.
NOTE: Choosing select asset will create a request with that asset assigned. Choosing Create request will create a request without assigning an asset. Close will close the dialog.
NOTE: If multiple legs exist, the user can select the desired leg of the request when choosing Add assisting asset from the right click menu. Once an assisting asset request has been created, the user will get a prompt that a request was already made for that leg if they try to add another. The user can decide to continue or cancel.
NOTE: Assigning a vendor from a different vendor than the original will cause the following dialog to appear. Users may select how they want the new vendor set by selecting the appropriate choice.

Create your request and assign your asset. Be sure the Pickup is different than the Requestor.
- On the request, right click and select the Add Assisting Asset:
- Select which one you would like to add assisting asset for (either at Requesting or at Receiving). You can create an assisting asset for both. Check the appropriate boxes for your selection:
- Transport Patient
- Transport medical crew and patient
- Assist only options
- To create a request, simply click on the create request button if you're unsure about the asset. Alternatively, you can assign the asset by highlighting and selecting it.
