Adding a new user is often one of the first things that are taught. However, you don’t do it often so you might forget, below are instructions.
*Note: If you wish to edit an existing user, instead of clicking the green plus button, search for the user in the list. Then change the type in the drop-down box to change their permissions.
Instructions
1. First make sure that your user groups are setup. Here is a link that will walk you through that process.
2. After you have created your user group(s) go to Settings → Users. Click on ‘Users’.
3. Then click on the green plus button.
4. Fill out the form, make sure that you choose the proper user group from the ‘Type’ drop-down box.
a. Check the box next to ‘Require password to be changed on next login’. This will allow you to use a generic password and the user will have to reset it on their first login.
