Agencies are locations to store agencies that are used for a great deal of many reasons throughout the day to day operations. Most commonly these are fire departments, 911 agencies, and or ground transport companies.
Instructions
1. Access Agencies by going to Settings → Agency or the Agency icon on the top of the screen.
2. Inside agencies you will see you can filter based on location. First country, state, county, and then city.
3. You can click on an agency to edit it or click on the green plus button to add a new agency
4. As with all things, if you don’t have permission then you will not be able to add or edit agencies. This is something that you can discuss with your organizations system administrator. Most of these items are self-explanatory, and we won't discuss them. However, we will discuss the ones unique to Agencies.
