Often times when responding to a agency, there are different response locations based on the asset type. A great example of this would be a fixed wing (airplane), which would need to land at an airport.
This is what we use the pickup/drop off locations for in agency.
Instructions
1. Go to Settings → Agency and pick the agency you need to add a pick up or drop off location for, then open the agency.
In the ‘Pick Up/Drop Off Locations’ there is a green plus sign in the bottom right corner, click on this.
2. When you click that green plus button, you will see the below screen. Note that it defaults to ‘Place’ for the location, most times you will want to change this to ‘Airport’. This is because inside airports you can have airports and heliports. Most helipads or airports fall into this category.
3. After you select the location and click the ‘OK’ button you will see the below screen:
a. From here you will want to select the appropriate boxes. If this airport is the default for when a fixed wing transport occurs at this agency, then select that accordingly.
