How to Back-Up a Database

This document will help you create a backup of your database from SSMS.

 Instructions

Open your SSMS (Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)

1. Expand your database list on the left side and right click on the database you would like to take a backup of

2. Select the Add button and then the ellipses to choose where you would like to save the backup of the database

3. Once you select OK you can save the backup of your database.
