Asset Chats

Right-Click Asset

1. Chat opens the chat dialog.
2. The Chat dialog entries are public communication.
3. The All tab will include a history of chat entries regardless of the tab that were sent on. Shared is general chat conversations.
4. Tabs can be added by selecting the + button or by selecting View Chat from the right click menu of any of the tickets. Chat entries made on the individual tabs allows the users to have a conversation that is recorded separate from the shared tab, but this conversation is not private.
5. To best describe it, it can be compared to a radio channel where conversation is separated from a primary channel in order to isolate the conversation. Tabs can be removed by selecting the x button.
