Asset Turndown Reporting

Instructions

1. Open the reporting module. You do this by going to ‘Reports' then ‘Customize’.

2. Next navigate to the report menu. Select a new report and then simple report.

3. Make sure you are using split for multi asset on each row.

4. For your columns, you can add either Reason for Turndown and/or Reason for Cancel.  Reason for Turndown will include all of your tiers in Reason for Close (if you have them found in Settings ->Reasonsforclose)
