Our support team frequently requests server log files from your server to assist with troubleshooting various issues. To fulfil this request, please navigate to the Application Server.
Compress the files you wish to transmit to FlightVector. (The default file path for the log files is C:\Program Files (x86)\SofttechLLC\FlightVectorServer\LogFiles - however, your organization may have selected an alternative drive for FlightVector)
Navigate to https://filestore.flightvector.com/form
Select the 'Choose File' and Navigate to where you zipped the files and Begin Upload
You will receive a 'hash' return which means the logfiles were successfully uploaded.
**Important Notice: Please be advised that our support team does not receive notifications regarding uploaded log files. Inform us of the hash in your support ticket once you have uploaded the logs.**
