If you are seeing a database schema error on your CAD, please provide this guide to your Database Administrator to help them with this issue

1. Run the query Select * from DatabaseUpdates where Succesful = 0 order by id desc and select Execute

2. Once you execute the query, you will receive something similar to below. Look for the ones with the date that you ran the Build update. In my case, it was 2025-08-11.

3. Copy the value from the Body Column from the Results

4. Paste into the Query Window

5. Select the Execute Button

After you execute the queries, you will either execute the queries successfully or see the error message of why the update failed.  Please reach out to the support team with any questions you may have
