1. Click Settings.
2. Search User.
3. Select User Groups.
On the following page, you can now choose how you want to proceed.

This function allows the creation of user groups that specify different levels of permissions for various functions. The Options section is an evolving list of functions and is listed in alphabetical order. It is advisable to test the permissions of a user group prior to assigning users to it to verify that it is behaving in the manner anticipated.
Add a new User Group by pressing the green plus or edit an existing by selecting it and either double-clicking or pressing the blue I button.
Can Administrate - provides the user with access to the Administrator top menu and override any other settings selected in the user permission menu.
Can Edit - provides the user the ability to edit things like closed requests and patients. A user group permission edit capability can be further defined in the Options section.
Can Report (with sub-option Can Create Custom Reports) -allows the user to run reports and create custom reports.Each of these options has a description below it.
Can See Ground Assets, Backup Assets and Requests on Map- are all related to the map view.
Limit Visibility- allows that User Group access to closed patients, escorts, and requests for the number of days indicated after the request was created. Note: This is not a 24-hour period, but instead previous days, i.e. if today is November 9th with limit visibility set to 1 day, it will show requests created on Nov 8th through Nov 9th. Options- the administrator grants permission for the User Group to do various tasks in Flight Vector. For most of the tasks, the administrator decides between Full Access, Read Only, or Hidden. In order to get a further description of any of these tasks, mouse over them and a description will appear in the Description box below the tasks.
