How to Add Intake Screens

Once you create your desired intake fields, you will need to tie them to your call types.

 Instructions

1. Go to Settings → Call Type
2. Double click on the call type you would like to tie to the Intake Screen
3. Select the Intake Path Dropdown to select the intake field you would like to use for that Call Type.

When you are making your intake field selections, you want to make sure call type is your first item in the dropdown as intake fields are tied to call types
