When enabled, the call intake workflow form will be used rather than the traditional intake dialog.
*Note: if the request group intake dialog is enabled for new requests, new requests will open that dialog instead of the workflow form
The call intake workflow screen is composed of distinct sections.
On the left is the workflow section which is configured by Administrators.
On the right are tabs for Search Closest, Call Consult, and Map.
The search closest tab will display the search closest that may also be accessed using the Search tab on tickets or at the bottom of the Request dialog.
The call consult tab is used in conjunction with the Staffed Roles that are configured by an Administrator and then staff added via an upload or manual entry under the Utilities tab or Base.
The map tab is a static display of the locations entered in the intake screen.
