Example Workflow Setup
- Below is an example workflow that was setup based on Call type and Vendor. In our example you will see Interfacility, Scene, and PR as the Call Types. Interfacility (IFC) and Scene are further broken down by Vendor. Here we have Vendors A-D and Vendors 1-4.
- You will need to create a Step for each of your Call Types and then one for the Call Types that will be impacted by Vendors.
- The example shows Letter Vendors and Number Vendors in relation to Interfacility and Scene Call Types.

- The Begin Step is the first that will populate when you create a new Request. With that in mind, you will want to add all the necessary data need to collect that lives outside of the data specific to each Call Type. In this example we have the Call Type and Vendor since these are the two determining factors of loading the rest of the Workflow. Below is an image of the Step configured.
- Each step has the appropriate Condition so that it will only display if the Call Type and Vendor match its label. Notice the examples below are for the first and third Steps, each of the others mirrors these examples accordingly.
- Each Step will be customized in the same way as many other areas, Request and Patient Tabs, Patient Top Area, and others. Below is how the Workflow will display when using to create a new request.
- See below for examples of how the new Workflow looks and behaves.
