A new form editor option has been made available for the Call Intake Workflow. ‘Time Logger’ will allow the recording of the time and notes for entries associated with specific Request Times.
Instructions
- After enabling the Call Intake Workflow, select Call Intake Workflow from the settings to open the configuration screen.
- Create or open an existing block which will open the Form Editor.
- Time Logger is located under ‘Other…’.
- After selecting ‘Time Logger’, position the logger on the screen and size as appropriate.
- Choose the corresponding Request Time in the Content dropdown.
- Add a label, if desired
- Users will enter text in the text box and then click record to add the note to the Times Tab,
